Rebecca Laurence knows a thing or two about building and nurturing relationships. As the founder and managing director of boutique executive search firm, Laurence, she has become a respected industry leader by doing just that.

With a niche offering and a compelling story to tell, the Laurence team engaged Backpack to conduct a brand positioning workshop with the aim of channeling Rebecca’s energy as a leader into a cohesive brand package.

Working closely with Rebecca and the Laurence’s own specialist marketing consultant, we helped articulate the Laurence brand promise and created an all new visual identity centred around a stylised laurel wreath mark. The wreath has long been a symbol of success with the two branches meeting in the centre to evoke a sense of connection.
